Desinet reserves the right to refuse anyone on any grounds. We will not make web sites that we deem as illegale or offance.
All web Sites are Ad supported. This way we can keep our prices so low. We will come to you if you are in Sydney metro area. If your business is outside Sydney etro area we may not come to you.
Web Site Design
All websites designed by desinet remains property of Desinet. This includes all codes, photos, text used, graphics, domian name, site design. You do have an option to buy out the copyright.
While DesiNet will make every effect to make sure that the web site is free form errors and bugs, this is not guaranteed. Desinet will not be held responsible for ANY mistakes found on the website. If any errors are found DesiNet will fix this asap.
If any materials are suppled by clients they remain the property of our clients. Desinet will not be held responsible for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the clients. We can refuse any material that we believe will break any copyright laws.
DesiNet does agree to complete the website within the agreed time frame as long as the materials are supplied that is required by the client. DesiNet will not be held liable for cost incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines. A deposit of $30 Australian is required before any website work is carried out. If the client changes their mind and doesn't want the website made, the $30 Au is Non-refundable.
One of the ways we can keep the prices so low:
- Site is hosted by us, in Sydney, Australia
We keep the programming simple. We don’t use advance scripting or Flash to make web sites. Using these adds to the cost which put prices up and is then passed on to customers.
- Our main focus is on small Indian business operating in NSW metro areas, we may include other states in the future.
- We use Flash only on Ad banners
